im getting an order ready for starting my first kit. but now the complete kits are all sold out im need to get it all individually. can anyone tell me the size of the first few needles you need for rooting the hair please. watched the video but it doesnt state all the sizes. im doing a gorilla and shyann first.
The needles in my starter kit were 38 gauge crown needles. They were pretty easy to use and didn’t break much, but they left a bigger hole in the vinyl.
They have full starter kits on eBay:-) that is where I ended up getting mine😳
Needles are an individual thing. For Micro rooting most use 43g 1barb needles or the forked needles. I use the first one and don’t do so well with the forked. The 43g 1barb will say it is for advanced use only but I think if you start out with a needle like that you learn and then you can use anything. The regular needles that have 6 barbs will definitely pull in too much hair and cause plugs which don’t look good. They also have a 42g 1barb they are a little thicker and will make a hole just a little bigger. Some people use crown needles which will also give you more hair as they have 3 barbs. Don’t be surprised it you break some on your first head, that is completely normal but you will break less as time goes on. Good Luck.

I found this website http://www.bbreborndollsupplies.com/ and ordered my first complete kit from there. Winds up they are also Bountiful Baby. They have lots of complete kits. When I got my kit in it was from the BB warehouse.
They were also cheaper a little bit than Ebay at that time. Good luck!!
