I think so. That is the way it is for me on any other site I order from. It is the laws of the State you live in.

Well, at least I didn’t lose anything! Mine was no way near that much. I have all the bodies for all the kits I have. Except for a couple or so that I hate the kind of body they have. So, I will have to make them or get someone to when and if I ever get that far.

She is cute I like the sleeping version of her kit over the awake one. I ordered 18 pounds of glass beads and the 2 bodies I needed still I just bought what I had enough for plus set aside $10 for gas money this week.
I got 70lbs of beads, great price. And I stocked up on bodies.
