I was just contacted by someone who is in Canada (I have that I ship to the USA only) and they say they are interested in my little Amiya Grace for a tv show in Canada. They want to buy her and have me ship expedited Federal express. So my question is has anyone done this? And if there were any problems I should watch out for

I have used FedEx to overnight to NYC for a movie. I had no issues what so ever. I ship to Canada and have never had a problem.
I talked to fed ex and they told me I have to set up an account and use a credit card for them to take shipping out of, also to cover custom charges etc…
I haven’t ever shipped FedEx. Make sure you find out the exact shipping cost and add it to the invoice for the baby and make sure it’s all in your account. I also list as US only but have shipped to Australia and Colombia with no problems. I think Canada’s probably safe, just expensive. I play it by ear. If it doesn’t sound sketchy or raise any red flags I go ahead. If it does, i tell them i only ship to the US. Also make sure they understand that any fees on their end are their responsibility. You should not have to pay unknown customs fees. I would clarify this with FedEx.

Just received an email from the person that wants Amiya
"We can take care of the shipping for you at our end… Meaning we can book a pick-up for a pace of your convenience. We will send you a commercial Invoice and Book the Pick-up and it’s just that easy…
Essentially all you would need to do… is be able to print the commercial Invoice and Waybill and sign the document and be available for a pick-up.
The reason for such haste… is that the baby would be needed on camera … very soon and this way, I could ensure that we would receive her overnight, using our account."
I guess now I am a little confused, they will pay me for reborn? And I print all the papers they send to me and ship her? Wonder if this is legit or what. Never had anyone want one of my babies for tv.

Yes, that’s a legit way. They’ll pay your for the baby and will email you a shipping invoice. Remember to plug in the tracking info into PayPal.
