Dry newborn skin effect

Anyone out there know which medium to use to get that peeling dry skin effect. I’m sure I can figure out how to use it but I don’t know what medium to use. HELP PLEASE!!!

Sure, you mix Matt varnish with flesh 08 then pounce it on with a brush then heat set it
