Some sculptors also sell their kits on websites like Marita Winters http://www.winterswhimsies.com/newdollkitsforsale.html and I think Bobbi Perez http://www.truborns.com/kits.html (she also does sale auctions on her facebook)
As far as GHSP I would get the primary color set and maybe the normal set seems how you already have ethnic. Supplies - Bountiful Baby (DP Creations LLC)
As far as clothes sizes I have no idea. But I know brands differ. May be easiest to buy something and return it is it doesnt fit or take the doll with you…

Like Jenni @jlesser said, clothing sizes can be so different. That’s why it’s so important to buy a ton of clothes in all different sizes for both boy and girl. And then, when you see the size your baby needs, you go shopping for THAT baby because the other clothes just don’t work for that baby.
