Cheap Pencils

So I have heard a lot of people are using pencils for lips and toe nails and so on and so forth, I have decided to jump on the band-wagon, Is it better to buy the water color ones? Do I have to buy the expensive ones or do you think some of the cheap amazon ones will work?

I have only used prisma premier pencils. The others would need to be tested and see how they react to heat, paint thinner, GHSP, air dry paint and if they change color, etc.

Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils, which is what we are using, are not water soluble; I am pretty sure they are wax based. Some people also use oil based.
