This is crazy! Thank goodness my buyer was such a patient and understanding customer. Package was stuck in NY for weeks. I opened a ticket even though. CPC discourages it due to Covid. I can finally relax.
I had 2 cards that were sent from Pennsylvania to California, mailed on Dec. 24, arrived Jan. 21.
Terrible!
I was just told by the PO that I couldn’t open a claim until 30 days have passed since mailing.
I sent a package to the UK on December 8, somehow it went to Tokyo, Japan (I’m in Virginia) and then was stuck somewhere in the UK for three weeks. Person just got their package a few days ago. No idea what is going on with the postal service anywhere in the world lol 
I mailed from CA to PA on Dec. 3rd it arrived on January 11th and the lady claimed the box was empty, no baby. I had refunded her but think she got the refund and a free baby as she got the accessories and paperwork and no baby?
I don’t know if it’s Covid related or if there have been staffing cutbacks due to reduced federal funding.
How is that your fault? 
was it sent priority or was it weighed? I’m sure there had to be a way to fight that one
It was sent priority, what a joke! I was so tired of her 2 or 3 times a day bugging me and stressing over it. I just offered her another baby but she said “well I hope it will be up to my standards”, sent her a photo and it wasn’t up to her standards. The eyelashes were not how she likes them. I couldn’t believe it. So I just refunded her to save my sanity, then the box shows up.She claimed it didn’t have the baby in it. Not worth my time or stress level to deal with her anymore!
She sounds like real “winner” people like this terrify me! I don’t know why im surprised though I always run across these kinds of people with photoshoots. One girl told me her budget was $100 and she wanted me to drive 1.5 hours away to a place I’ve never photographed based on photos of the location she found on the internet. I only agreed to the session to be nice as she was an acquaintance of my daughters. She bugged me several times daily leading up to her session asking for more more more specific poses outfits and poses then the day of she canceled on me because “something” came up 
Its too bad you couldn’t have blocked her. Her bad behavior was reinforced she is going to do it again.
