What size is it?
I would try a realborn body first… One with 3/4 arms and full legs and see if I like it.

I think it a special edition Berenguer named Sophia…
Does she have a flange on her neck? You can use any body that fits her limbs. I think she was originally an 18 inch doll

You could measure the head and compare them to the sizes of the BB heads and get the body accordingly.
