Burnt umber over board

I may have gone a little nuts with my burnt inner washes… What would be a good mottle color over it? It’s not terrible… But I lost a lot of my original mottling colors. :scream:

I would mix up a nice rosey wine color. I mix pyrole red, touch of vein blue, yellow ochre, touch of purple. I mottled with this along with a more purplish rose mottle and then give a nice earth mint wash.

I have to be very careful with my warm washes because I will go overboard in a heartbeat. I’m going to have to write DeeDee’s suggestion down.

Oh… And I was very unhappy to find that I drank my entire stash of red wine!!! So, today is wine shoppe day! Lol one of my favorites! :wine_glass:
