Some people want to feel like their doll is a boy when they change the diapers. That is what it is for…lol. I bought one to put on a doll for someone. It didn’t really match the color of the body so it looked even weirder.

Okay so it is interesting… kind of appealing. Something different… may help sell the boys… but $15 + $1 shipping… seems crazy… it cost as much as the whole body… So you would double the amount spent on the body (plus genitals) of the boys…
