@pschomaker I’ve been wanting to tell you that your name brings back beautiful childhood memories.
When I was in the 6th grade in NJ. After school we would run to Schomakers a candy store and buy all the shoestrings our lunch money allowed cherry and liquorice strings. It was sold in lengths. It was always so fun to see who would get out of school and get there first.

That is so good to hear. It is such an unusual spelling I suspect there may be some ancestral connection, Hope you have a wonderful Christmas and perhaps some licorice strings in your stocking.
