She doesnt read auctions clearly then does nothing but complain when she receives the baby.
She bid repeatedly last minute on my Buttercup by Bonnie Brown, paid promptly, I gave her a positive feedback right away.
She receives the baby a few days later and complains about how small she is and how she over paid for such a small doll
If any of you are aware Buttercup is a premature baby, 16" long, it states it clearly and repeatedy all over my auction, including how she wears preemie clothing etc.
She emails me complaing about “why does tracking say it went to Reading PA to Philly when shes in Exeter PA?” which is west of Philly
I told her thats how USPS’s route is, it goes to Philly first and sometimes even to NJ if its in another state. I was nice to her and very polite.
This buyer only lives a half hour from my home.
Then she gets the baby and complains its too small, and that “I should make larger babies as i would do better with them”, as if im totally knew to reborning
I explained to her the size of the baby is a realistic preemie, and sometimes yes I do larger babies, I alternate…again I was being very sweet an polite since i saw she was one of those passive aggressive types.
She emailed again saying it was too small and she over paid for such a tiny baby again…
She was going on about how she would like to try reborning but was afraid of the dangers, we had a little convo and i told her about other methods of reborning like portable ovens that are much safer etc, keeping things very friendly. She didnt bother to reply, and today I see she left me a Neutral
My first bad feedback for a reborn baby ever!!
I am saddened and sickened I checked her feedback sent to others and yes she is a habitual feedback abuser…giving bad feedback when clearly the fault lies within her not reading auctions thoroughly.
She bid last minute, so maybe she didnt read my auction at all

For one of my preemie auctions, I even showed pics of the baby with a measuring tape right beside it, emphasizing the size of the baby and that it was a PREEMIE, not a full sized newborn…a lady bought it, and yep…returned it because ITEM WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED. I even called eBay, had them look at my auction with 27 full color pics where I repeatedly stated PREEMIE-SIZED. I think the lady felt kind of sorry for me, but the case had been opened and that was the end of it. At least this moron took the trouble to notify you instead of just opening a case against you. Geez…eBay stinks sometimes.

Thank you so much Bonnie. I may have my first non-payer. This ended late yesterday and this morning when I woke up there was an email of questions. I hope not. IF this turns out to be so I will name the person. The person has a positive feedback and has been in good standing since 2004. I hope I am not the first to not have a positive experience with her.

thank you ladies for your kind support sorry i didnt post back sooner, im in the process of moving…like i needed the extra headache of an ebay ding dong dongo on top of that
I got lucky she paid! I will ship out tomorrow since she paid after the PO closed today!
