The funny thing for us it’s that we absolutely have to buy toilet paper as we where out of stock (!). We are 5 in the house so I buy in large quantities…I was so ashame to go to the cashier !

Six kids…that was my dream when I was a little kid. I wanted a house full of littles but I also wanted to space travel for a little while too.

Your house must be a very busy and happy place.

I am glad I wasn’t the only one who felt a little odd wearing a mask at first. I was use to wearing a mask when I worked in a hospital but the first time I started wearing them to go to the grocery store (before everyone, or most people where) I felt judged in a weird way. Now I don’t care and I will stare you down if you come near me or my kids without one. Personally I kinda like it, lots of perks, not all health related mostly stuff like making faces, singing to songs in the store, feeling like a super hero.

Great thread! I am wayyyyy to lazy to fill it out. :joy:

I would agree that it was a weird feeling. I felt like people were either judging me thinking that I had Covid symptoms and was still out shopping anyway, or that I was overreacting. I do enjoy the perks too…it’s easy to cover up my face when I’m feeling gross! I am glad to see that it’s being required most places (though it can’t truly be enforced). I haven’t been able to take my kiddos anywhere because they are mask haters. 2 & 5(with some sensory issues). I bought them ball caps off of Etsy that have a shield attached and I’m hoping it works out. Better than nothing!

  2. How did you discover this hobby/art form: When I was a small child, I had an Ashton Drake doll that I loved dearly, and she got lost somehow (can’t remember),so as I was trying to re-find her online, I stumbled upon reborns, and on my birthday (11) my parents let me get a custom from eBay, which i was scammed! I eventually decided to try reborning her myself, and never stopped. The following christmas I got a starter kit from here

I remember watching every Disney movie a thousand times and memorizing all the songs… Now I let my little watch and I use the screen to give me an hour of alone-isn time, that feels like 15 minutes.

I hope you get to the Philippines someday, what a beautiful goal.

I would have hoarded hot chocolate too if I would have thought about it, what is it about hot cocoa that makes everything feel good. I love it late at night, camping, for breakfast, when my kids have had a sad day I will make them toast and cocoa. Ireland…goals !

Ok you must tell me what jacket potatoes are and fry up, I am familiar with tinned fruit (yuck in my opinion but I did make a good peach cobbler with canned peaches once). Last man on earth, love it, can’t wait for the next season, I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone during this time it can give you some fears you were not even sure you had. Two weeks here, that may make you the baby of the family, welcome.

It’s definitely a staple in my childhood. :heart:you first put down a layer of tater tots in a casserole dish… Add ground beef and cream of mushroom soup add a second layer of tater tots and then too it off with shredded cheese.
