Hello Everyone. It’s time for me to post my follow up to Kate’s PIF which I was thrilled to win. Here’s a brand new one.

I’m only going to run this one about a week so get on board quick if you want to participate! :grinning:

To be entered in this Pass It Forward you must promise to do a follow up PIF if you win. The winner will be announced on November 15th. Please answer the follow question and sign your real name and your forum name at the bottom of your post.

The question is: Since it is the time of year to count our blessings, what are you most thankful for this year?

Please use this post to answer the question and post your identification. Please do not divert the conversation into other areas as it gets confusing when I am trying to glean who is participating. Every morning, when I wake up, I thank God for giving me another day. I believe each day is a gift and it’s up to us to choose whether or not to open it.

I am thankful that the Lord has gotten us through a difficult year, given us strength to deal with the challenges of each day with love in our hearts, and that we have the strength and ability to help those that need us. I am also thankful that He has blessed us by giving others the gifts of wisdom, healing, teaching, compassion, empathy, and loving kindness that have enabled them to help us frail human beings each day in so many ways. First thing that I’m always thankful for is God, without him I’d be nothing, and my life would be unbearable. Then I’m thankful for my wonderful family and friends, and That I was blessed with another day. Just waking up, no matter how I feel, I’m thankful I’m alive.

I am thankful for my family, and how blessed I am to have a hobby that is so much fun. I am also thankful for my little hamster who almost died, but he is all healthy-ish. I am the most thankful for my grandma because she got sick with the flu and had to get a pacemaker; now, she is all better and trying to come visit us. One of the best parts of my year was going to Hawaii and Alaska

I am thankful to be serving a loving God and I thank him for my life and family, and for allowing me to know love again. For the endless blessings he has given us. And for getting to know all you wonderful people here.
