They look like it to me. I remember the hands for sure. The legs were on the rotating discs

I could dig out the Sugar I have, but I thought someone who has actually painted these might be able to tell just from the pix.
Sugar and Honey have notoriously odd limbs, to me the arms feel too straight and tapered.
I’d hope a new sculpt would have more advanced limbs.

They are both pretty sweet. I am loving those open hands and double chin on Spice.

Someone mentioned Lavender’s would work weill.
Open hands in theory are good. But the hands on this sculpt feel like Kewpie “starfish” hands. I definitely recommend switching limbs.
