A limit on genesis?

I was going to order some paints from MacPhersons but when I try to add a third color, it gives me this message…did they limit the amount of paint you can buy?

I think the product is sold out when that happens. I got this on a doll kit I was trying to order.

It does mean the product has reached its maximum…possibly is out of stock…however I will double check at the store soon and if there is more I will add it to the inventory
I can tell you that Genesis paints and supplies are becoming like hens teeth to get!!!
