8 mo Brooklyn Sleeping question

Would you put her on the Emmy toddler body? Or the recommended one? I liked June and Joseph better on larger bodies if not using the torso.

Oh I absolutely would put her on the 30" body. The recommended body imo is ridiculously too small for her.

I would go with the bigger body. I wish they would go ahead and make a bigger belly plate and torso. You know they keep saying all the big babies go on the 23” body so that the torso will fit. But none of them look right on that tiny body.

I agree ~ I have a sleeping 7 mo June to paint and I bought the bigger body for her, too. PLUS: cute clothing options!

I done her for my granddaughter. She packed her to church and out and about wherever they went lol. People thought she was real. I have now made her four babies. I hope she never grows out of loving dolls.

She’s here! I’m glad I went with the larger toddler Emmy body because her chunky thighs barely fit the openings Her vinyl seems workable…no overwhelming smell when I opened the bag, which was great. Her flanges seem nice and sturdy. Guess I’ll find out when she’s ready to assemble, but gosh, I love her already! Such a precious face

That’s awesome! Definitely has me wondering how on earth the prototype artist’s put her on the smaller body! She’s huge!!

How exciting! I think that’s a good call on the body, I haven’t seen a 23" baby from BB that doesn’t look way better on the 30" body! I want Brooklyn Sleeping so much, I just cannot wait to see what you do with her

She’s in a Dawn bubble bath right now. Will start painting tomorrow. Fingers crossed no problems with this big girl.

Last week I sold a few kits from my stash; this week I bought Sleepy Sage and now Brooklyn’s arrived. I may be going in the wrong direction
