I SOLD A DOLL ON EBAY BUT THE PAYMENT WAS NEVER RECIEVED.IT JUST KEEP SAYING AWAITING PAYEMENT.NOW TODAY I NOTICED A BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM THAT SAID SEND INVOICE.THE BUYER ADDRESS AND INFO CAME UP.THEN IT SAID sent to buyer.Did I MISS SOMETHING.BECAUSE ONCE IT SAID SOLD I WAS JUST WAITING ON THE ADDRESS.I THOUGHT EBAY FINALIZE EVERYTHING.No payements yet
I believe your given the option to send an invoice too, sort of like a reminder to the buyer that they haven’t paid yet. I would send them a message to thank them for winning your bid and you will be needing payment. Congrats on the sale and hopefully it’s just a slow payer and not a non payment. Did you check their profile to see when they opened the account and how many feedback they have. Could be they are waiting till Friday to pay.

Ebay sends them a notice telling them the total.If you send an invoice it’s just like a reminder for them. Ebay is notorious for non paying bidders.If it’s been more than 48 hours and you haven’t heard anything you can open a case or cancel the sale.
