He has not been diagnosed with anything. He has always been able to put his limbs in positions they shouldn’t be. His finger joints as well.
I am getting genome testing for another issue, so we will see.

His arms. I don’t recall anything odd about them.

I was referring to his right arm. You cant lay it on his chest. If he is on his back his arm would stick up. (maybe the stuffing has to be loos in the shoulder area…)
But those poses are cute with being slightly to the side.

The hypermobile type of EDS is the most common. I have that type. Did not learn what was going on with my joints and skin until about four years ago. The gene that causes the hypermobile type has not yet been isolated, but genes for the other types of EDS have been. I hope they find out so he can get the best treatment to protect his joints.
