So, I can not find the coa for my felicity, I do have the paper invoice they sent with her… I honestly think I might of had it inside another kit I sold… is there any way to get replacement. I messaged bb but have not gotten an answer
I had the same issue with my Felicity because I lost it a few months ago, but BB said they weren’t allowed to send me a replacement certificate 
I think it’s because of issues with fake kits
Your paper invoice will be sufficient as proof of authenticity…. COA on a BB silicone should not be a big deal…
