Has anyone ever held a raffle on one of their babies on their website?
Raffles are illegal in many states. Here is a link to a legal website for more information:

Notice in the table on that page, raffles are illegal in Utah. Bountiful Baby is in Utah, so we do not allow raffles on our forum.
It may or may not be legal in your state, but once it is placed on a website, I can see a potential legal argument that your raffle has now crossed interstate boundaries.
Consult with your attorney to know for sure the legalities of it for you.
