Have any one of you done Polly? I am working on her right bow and she is VERY pale (almost white). I have put layers of flesh 07 on her with little effect. Any suggestions? If you have done her can you show pictures please?! Much appreciated.
I haven’t made Polly, but if she is very white, I would give her warming washes to start. I haven’t seen her, but maybe yellow ochre or even umber. Do you think that would help? You need to warm the vinyl up. Then it may seem too yellow and you will have to counteract that with opposites from the color wheel. I wouldn’t start with flesh tones until after I got the vinyl warmed up. Like I said, I haven’t seen her, but this seems like a good approach from what you said.

That is a great idea. I can’t believe I can’t think of this stuff on my own, Old Age is a royal pain. I have been at this for well over a year and still having lots of issues on what to do about some problems. I’ll keep going, love it too much to stop!!!
