I am not sure if I should post this here or in off topics but…I bought 4 pillow cases and am making some pillow case babies. I was too tired to do anything else tonight except laundry and some sewing so I got 3 finished except for their faces. I am thinking I may just do closed eyes and not worry about mouth. I did add a a little strip of curls on the forehead. I will get some black embroidery thread tomorrow and do the lashes and such. Then I hope to post some pictures. I made 2 blankets for Carlee’s birthday present too. My brother in law is making bunk beds for her to fit her babies I gave her for Christmas. I have to go get my fourth load of laundry out of the washer and put it in the dryer then I am off to sleep soon. I hope!
I was wondering if anyone remembers hankie babies?
I’ve seen hankie babies ~ we called them church dolls because if you dropped them on the floor during church they didn’t make any noise. We sold them at the little book store i worked at in Nebraska. I was so happy to see them again!
