Not sure of the artist but that is one of Bonnie Browns Twins- i think it’s twin A with the very open mouth

I think this version of Twin A is done by Summer Wagner of Summerfield Babies.
But cant confirm it. She did not reply when I messaged her to ask. But the headband and style match a lot if her work.

Definitely looks like twin A. I did a reverse image search, but all that comes up are those scam sites.
