I feel a bit better. My friend brought me the reborn I made for her because he wasn’t helping her anxiety as much as we thought he would and she wanted him to be put to good use. I’ve been holding him for 30 minutes and can already feel the anxiety rolling off of me.

I just put my reborn Remi back to bed and I agree; these dolls can help so much with anxiety and even depression, I think.
