I’m almost certain we are going with Lillian (Antonio Juan).

I wouldn’t go with Lilian, really.
Lillian is “chubbier” and has much fuller lips.
Ginny and “First Smile” have practically the same mouth, but at least the lips are more similar to the little girl’s.
I particularly believe that Ella Rose by Vikki Ebbeling seems better, but I’ve never seen one for sale anywhere!
