Help!! I rubbed at the nose to get some of the milk spots off, and now I’ve got some clear spots that won’t take paint 
What can I do?

If the paint isn’t taking I’d say maybe dab the spots with a little of whayever primer you used to begin with?

With thinner, I think it would be safest to go slow and thin. This is all just me thinking out loud though, I wouldn’t take my advice until someone else weights in - I only have 1.5 babies under my belt!
