Oh my goodness! That reminds me of those vintage dolls where you could turn the head for different expressions.

I had one of those as a kid. It had three faces and a knob on top of the head. It’s outfit had a hole in the hood for the knob to stick out. It’s most memorable face was the crying one with white tears!
