@RoseannsBoutique, is the lady that makes the cuddle bodies, I don’t know if she makes them with armatures though.
I’ve ordered from her several times. I believe the lady I’m thinking of is named Janie Lennox (or something along that line)

Janie Lenox makes cuddle bodies with ar matures. She is on Facebook. She makes beautiful clothes and bodies.

Dolls By Sandie has an 18" one by Adrie Stoete with 1/4 limbs and armature. It’s basically a cuddle baby with hands and feet so more clothing options.

I dont think it comes with the armature… they just show what you could do.

Looks like you would want to slim down the arms on the body so they are a better fit with the 1/4 limbs. Cute idea though.
