After my first e-mail to BB they replied and I sent a second message with my photos. Have not heard back.

Just received an e-mail from BB in regard to my issues with Aubrey that I purchased back in March and just took out to reborn. They are sending me replacement limbs. ARE THEY JUST THE BEST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH - - - - OR WHAT ???
