I did check past posts, but my “need” is specific, as in Watermarks for Cheap Dummies… >me.
I spent too much time getting hoodwinked with so-called “free” logo/watermark programs that aren’t. Re-emphasizing, CHEAP, and easy = idiot proof. I just want a nice script that will slap itself on a batch of pics at a time.
Then, also a watermark remover (grrrr… “watermarks are dirty looking” Dave @reborns.com) Nothing fancy, just a nice flourishy script that is readable.

The Jitterbug phone I bought for my MIL a decade ago is looking pretty “snappy and nifty” to me; only need to press YES or NO.
I use the same one as @chatrat it’s totally free and simple to use, I think you can do between 20-30 pictures in one go with the free version, I paid the yearly fee on it (which is cheap) and with the paid version you can do 200 photos in one go
